At The Shape Lounge, we offer individualized health coaching, that’s easy to follow, and specialized to meet your specific health goals, whether thats weight loss, more energy, or a deeper level of healing from chronic health issues.
Localized Cryotherapy
The Shape Lounge uses a cutting-edge, innovative form of cryotherapy. Unlike whole body cryotherapy chambers, localized cryotherapy focuses on specific areas of the body, to provide everything from fat and cellulite reduction, to lowering inflammation and pain. This advanced technology can also tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the face. We add red light therapy to our sessions, to help maximize the benefits. Our cryotherapy system is manufactured in the U.S.A.
